The word полоскать (rinse) we pronounce as “паласкать” (fondle). Compare:

полоскать (НСВ) – прополоскать (СВ)

ласкать (НСВ) – поласкать (СВ) pronounce as “паласкать”.

милочка – my dear

ангина – quinsy

горло – throat

полоскать – rinse

чёрт с вами –  very close to expression “fuck you”,  but less rude

ласкать – fondle, usually we do this during sex.
